Lea and her staff will also handle arrangements for reserving any suites (party or nonparty) at the convention. All suites have to be reserved through the convention through email to

Let us know the use of the suite and what suite type you would like. (See the list of sizes and prices below.) Party suites will be in the East Tower. We will assign suites as of March 31, 2012, among requests received through that date and will confirm your arrangements by April 30, 2012. Note that you can reserve for one or more nights (that is, you don't have to reserve for all nights of the convention), so let us know what dates you want to reserve.

Party Rules

A few general rules and info on parties:

• Ice will be available through the hotel at $6 per 20-pound bag (includes tax and gratuity) at an "Ice Table" that the hotel will run. You will be able to get bathtub liners from the convention if you plan to use the tub for cooling drinks.
• Due to hotel policy, signs and banners cannot be affixed to doors, walls, and hotel furniture. The convention will have areas for posting party signs throughout convention and hotel space.
• Corkage has been waived in suites and rooms. (However, if you order items such as glasses from the hotel, you have to use hotel provided supplies with those items.).
• Beds cannot be moved or taken down.
• Suites for non-party block areas also have to be reserved through

• You can have parties in non-suite rooms, but we still ask that you contact the Suite and Party Maven in advance to let us know.

Suite rates include one bedroom beyond the parlor (except for the Junior Suites, which have a bed in the parlor). Additional bedrooms connecting to the suite, if any are available, are $145 per night plus tax (will be 16.4%). All rates shown in the table are excluding tax.

Suite Reservations

All suites must be reserved through the convention directly. Please contact the Party and Suite Maven to be included on the list of those requesting a suite. Please do not contact the hotel directly to reserve a suite.
