Space in the Dealers Room at the 2012 World Science Fiction Convention in Chicago will be available through a juried process. Once you complete this form, a deposit of $100 per table or booth must be submitted here online. (If we are not able to accept your application, we will return this deposit.)

Notes: All dealers and their staff must have attending memberships (not included with Dealers' Tables fees) to Chicon 7. Please check the Chicon website (www.chicon.org) for more information on memberships. Completion of this form does not guarantee space. Chicon 7 reserves the right to determine who will be admitted to the room. A copy of your submission will be sent to the email address you have entered above. The "Final Payment" option listed here should only be submitted after the Dealers Room coordinator has confirmed to you that sufficient space is available.
